Our front desk handles calls for hours at a time; for work calls, clarity is easily the strongest point. That small issue has not affected normal use.

Does the job nicely. Callers hear me well, even with a fan running nearby. The mute indicator is not as obvious as I would like

I love that the product fits snug and it cancels out any background noise.

I really thought this one would be better but customers are saying I'm breaking up already and I only had about a month r 2. Looks great.

Pretty solid overall: the boom arm moves smoothly and keeps a steady position. The adapter section adds some bulk in a small laptop bag. A couple of tweaks would make it excellent.

Love these. I can have my music cracked for work and my boss can't hear it. Has AMAZING noise cancelling to it. They are so insanely comfortable as well.

The sound is excellent.
They fit great on the ears.
They aren't heavy at all and I wear them all day, even if I want to block out others around me if they have a loud keyboard. and no music is being played from the computer. Love them!

I liked the product but couldn't get it to work for me on Zoom meeting. Probably my fault.

Good sound, mic works well says others. Where this headset fails is around the way the earpieces swivel. The movement allows the headset to slip off your head too easily. If you game or talk with a decent amount of motion in your upper body, buyer beware. And the earpiece coverings, while soft, seem like they will tear too easily as they age. We will see.

Love this headset. Use it in the office for meeting, webinar, and answering the office phone. The sound is clear and great quality on both ends.

These headphones are great! I have not had one complaint. Im heard loud and clear. and if im not mistaken i was told it sounds like "we're in the same room together" The quality is amazing.

I was sort of skeptical of these headphones w/mic as the packaging was quite generic. That being said, I tried them out and they work quite well. They do not have the loudest mic nor are they noise-cancelling, but they work nicely. The package comes equipped with a USB-A to USB-C adapter, which is handy for other items too. I'm a fan, especially for the price. Works with my Macbook.

This headset is like the third I have bought (includes other companies). This headset was by far the cheapest and best made! The earpieces are comfortable and truly noise cancelling. My customers come through crisp and clear. My customers also hear me loud and clear. Best handset on the market hands down! It doesn't break the bank either. I also had an issue where I couldn't hear, but it was just my connection. I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly although the issue had been resolved. Best choice for work from home!

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. My partner works nearby, so voice pickup matters; everything feels thoughtfully placed, especially mute and volume. So far, so good—and then some.

A useful, no-nonsense headset. The headband is easy to adjust and the mic stays where I put it. Not perfect, but absolutely worth keeping.

Most of my week is packed with Teams calls. Audio is clear and the microphone has been reliable on daily calls. The ear pads get a little warm after a few hours, though. Still a very good everyday headset.

Voices are understandable and the controls do their job. On the downside, the cord transfers some rubbing noise. I kept it as a backup rather than my main headset.

USB-C and USB-A both connected without any software setup. Music lacks deep bass, but calls sound very good. For calls, it does the important things well.

Middle-of-the-road for me. The headset is usable for shorter meetings; the inline controls feel a little lightweight.

The microphone picks up my voice clearly while keeping keyboard noise fairly low. my old headset finally gave up during a busy week, and people stopped asking me to repeat myself, which is the best test I can give it. No fuss, no weird software, no complaints.

The controls are easy enough to understand, but the clamp became uncomfortable before my meeting ended. Maybe it suits a lighter workload.

I would prefer a slightly softer headband for all-day wear The cable and control module feel more solid than expected, and nothing deal-breaking for me.

Quick take: the three connection choices make it much easier to share between different machines. Solid little workhorse.

Easy recommendation for a call-heavy desk. It was recognized right away, and the inline mute button is easy to find by touch, while music is pleasant for a work headset, while spoken audio remains the real strength.
