Jabra Enhance Pro 20 is a hearing-instrument family, not a conventional Bluetooth headset. Its value therefore cannot be judged from headphone-style specifications alone; fitting, hearing profile, service package and the exact device style are part of the purchase.
Quick answer: Compare the exact Enhance Pro 20 configuration, fitting and follow-up service before comparing price. Jabra highlights multiple wearing styles, IP68-rated protection, rechargeable options, Bluetooth Low Energy Audio and Auracast readiness.

Enhance Pro 20 Comes in Multiple Wearing Styles
Jabra lists behind-the-ear and in-ear options within the family. The right choice depends on the fitted configuration rather than a single universal shell or battery design.
Connectivity Is Built Around Hearing-Instrument Use
Jabra documents Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast broadcast-audio readiness for Enhance Pro 20. Feature availability still depends on the phone, operating system, accessory and hearing-instrument configuration.
Battery and Charging Claims Depend on the Configuration
Jabra describes all-day battery life and quick charging on rechargeable configurations. Treat those as manufacturer claims tied to the selected device and use pattern rather than a fixed runtime for every style.
IP68 Does Not Mean Unlimited Water Exposure
Jabra lists an IP68-rated all-weather coating. IP ratings describe defined laboratory conditions; they do not turn hearing instruments into swimming devices or remove the need for normal care.
See Jabra's Enhance Pro 20 product information for current feature descriptions.
Price Needs the Service Package Beside It
A meaningful comparison should include the device configuration, fitting, follow-up adjustments, warranty/service terms and any accessories. A headline device price without those details is not enough to determine value.
Jabra Enhance Pro 20 FAQ
Is Enhance Pro 20 a normal Bluetooth earbud?
No. It is a hearing-instrument platform with hearing-aid fitting and connectivity features, not a consumer true-wireless earbud.
Does Auracast work everywhere today?
No. Auracast availability depends on compatible transmitters, devices and deployed broadcast systems. “Ready” does not mean every public venue currently broadcasts audio.

I am trying to decided between buying the Jabra Enhance Select 500 on-line from Jabra or the Jabra Enhance Pro 20 from COSTCO. My hearing is mild to moderate, but over time it will get worse. I’m not 100% comfortable with doing everything remotely.
How does the Jabra Enhanced Pro 20 compare to the Jabra Enhanced Pro 30?
I find the Samsung ZFold Android call connectivity with the Pro 20 awful…i have to answer Hello 4 times before the caller hears me and then the connection breaks up. I have to go off wifi/Bluetooth and use my “speaker mode” which is a problem in public.
Is the Pro 30 better or can you suggest a hearing aid with better Android connectivity?
