Does this microphone allow to wear on the left or right side?

Yes, the desk phone headset with 330° rotatable boom microphone can be positioned on the left or right side.

What is quick disconnect(QD) cable?

It enables you to choose the headset style you want, and then choose the device connector type you need, such as a modular connector for desk phones or a USB or dual 2.5mm connector for computers. The Mairdi Quick Disconnect (QD) is a proprietary connector featured on (QD) series headsets. A QD connection also enables you to place a call on hold by simply disconnecting the headset at the QD during a call. It enables you to walk away from the telephone without having to remove the headset.

Why is my headset suddenly not working?

Check your audio jack for a bad contact. Check your cables for damage. Even if you don't see any physical damage, the headphones may be damaged. If you have another device connected to the headphones, try using that device for testing.

Why is my headset connected but no sound?

Check the volume level and connection of your headsets and audio source. If your headphones connect via Bluetooth, ensure that the headsets and your audio source are paired and connected properly. If you are using a computer, make sure your headset is selected as the playback device in your audio settings.

How long will it take for an order to be processed?

After we receive your order, we will process it within 2 working days. Due to the particularity of the shipping warehouse, the logistics information will be synchronized to your mailbox within 3-5 days.

What are the payment methods? Can I pay in installments?

Can I cancel my order?

1. Before delivery: Please submit your request to cancel the order within two days of placing the order. If you cancel the order after the deadline, you will be charged a logistics fee.

2. After delivery: If you cancel the order after delivery, you will be charged 20% of the logistics fee based on the value of the order.

How do I replace my product?

1. Before delivery: If you submit a request for exchange within two days of your order, we can arrange a replacement service for you free of charge.

2. After delivery: If you submit a request for exchange after two days of your order, you will be charged a certain exchange fee, which is generally 30% of the order.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-7 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Where can I check the logistics track of my goods?

The logistics tracking number and query website will be sent to your email when the headsets are shipped. If you do not receive it, please check your spam mailbox or contact us.

Can I choose the logistics company myself?

We do not support the service of choosing logistics providers by yourself. You can speed up the delivery time of your goods by choosing free or paid transportation.
