Excellent pair of headphones and mic, very comfortable

I got these, plugged them right into the computer and I was up and running. I work with a suicide prevention hotline and sound quality is of the utmost importance. These headphones deliver crystal clear sound listening and when I speak. I wear them for 6 hours at a time without breaks and find them extremely comfortable. I think this is a great deal for the price!

It's a decent headset, but would not recommend if your on multi hour MS Team's conference calls.
Gets hard on the ears after awhile. Something that goes on the outer ear more and wraps around the ear would be better.

Great product, amazing customer experience

I purchased this headset approximately 4 months ago and just love it! The ear piece cushions are extremely soft and do not add a lot of pressure against my ears when wearing. It's remarkable as the headset is light weight, but very sturdy at the same time. The sound quality is superb. I really like the flexibility of the microphone - makes it very easy to position as needed. In addition to this being a great headset, the customer service from the company is stellar. I had an issue with one of the coverings to the ear cushions detaching from the earpiece. I sent an email to the company explaining the issue and had a brand new headset at my door in less than 48 hours! I could not be more pleased with the product and the customer support. Highly recommend.

Small Head Band. I have an average-sized adult female head and the head band of this headset is too small even at its largest setting. It hugs the head so tightly, it causes pain after a few minutes of wear.

This is the best headset I have ever owned. So good I bought another just Incase I can't get one again in the future. Ear padding is super soft and sound is crisp and clean. I work from home and basically wear these for 8 hours a day sometimes longer and they never hurt my ears not do I feel any pressure points. Extremely comfortable sometimes I forget it's even on my head. Highly recommend.

Have been using these Headphones for almost a week. Overall I am satisfied. They are lightweight with good fit. I am happy with the volume provided by the headset, my older set had just passable volume even turned all the way up so this is a pleasant change. Getting used to my own voice being muffled when I am t talking on the phone, but the noise cancelling is worth it when working from home. The only annoyance is that my set did not come with a clip for the wire and it's quite long so I find it dropping down to the floor and under my chair all the time. I have to keep draping it up on my desk and at times if caught between my desk and my body, the mute button inadvertently gets hit.
