I ordered this headset and it was not the right product for my phone. The company took it back and issued a prompt refund. However, they didn't stop there they reached out to ask me it I would allow them to send me a product of theirs for free that would work with my phone. I just had to provide them the phone make and model number and a shipping address. I was first floored even receive such a request and I have to say that the headset they sent works well with my phone. Thato me speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service or satisfaction. Thank so much to Wantek.

I have had no problem with the headeset. Can use on either ear. The microphone attachment is bendable to you can adjust it to where you want it. Attachment moves up and down. Headset is adjustable for head size. Volume works perfectly. Have not had any problems hearing anyone and no one has said anything about not hearing me. Would reccommend.

I Love these perfect fit crisp sound

This product is exactly as advertised. I work from home, and I wanted a headset for meetings that still allowed me to keep an ear on the rest of the house. This is big-head approved, and doesn't get uncomfortable after wearing it for hours. I like that you can swap which side you're wearing it on (flip the mic upwards). I also like that it can plug into the audio jack, USB-A, or USB-C ports.

For the price, this a pretty respectable headset. I was not expecting simulated surround sound or anything like that at this price point. I just wanted a basic functional headset for my work laptop for the obligatory Zoom meetings. I do like that the microphone rotates so you can have it on either side. For whatever reason the first time I went to use this headset my laptop had issues autodetecting it and Zoom kept putting me on mute. I had to disconnect it for that meeting. However that problem has not happened since and I have been using it for two weeks now with no issues.

I love this headset! I work in a call center and work 12hr shifts. This headset is very lightweight and the ear pads are very comfortable. When I take the headset off at the end of my shift, my ears don’t have any residual pain from wearing them all day. HUGE plus! The mic “arm” is long enough to be close to my mouth. The mic “arm” is also very bendable, so if I need a quick drink or something I can just bend it away from my mouth. It’s so easy to use. Halfway down the cord is where the remote is connected. The remote control has volume +/ - buttons along with a mute button for the mic, and a mute button for the headset itself. This headset comes with a 1 year warranty (very easy to set up). The customer service is awesome. I mentioned having to buy a second one because my first one stopped working after a few months and they sent me a third headset at no cost! I never had to return the original. They also emailed me to ensure that I was happy with everything. You get so much for an awesome price. Buy it!!

It's kind of heavy on your head compared to my last one. I won't buy it again. The control is in an annoying spot.

I ordered this in November for Zoom calls while in the office. We were sent back home for full-time work from home in December. My return window closed at the end of January, but we didn't return to the office until February. I state all of that to make others aware that I have only used this headset minimally, for about 2 maybe 3 weeks in office before we were out and 3 days a week for 3 more weeks so far, and the sound others hear from the mic is bad. I can hear on it fine and it's comfortable enough, but if others can't hear what I'm saying, the headset is pretty much useless. Would not recommend.

Was surprised how well they lasted and how comfortable they over 2 yrs and time to get a new one. Happy with the product I got another one.

I love them!! They are lightweight!! And the microphone connected is adjustable!! And also the clip on the cord u can connect to your clothes so the cord is not in the way of working. Noise canceling is great for background noises!!
