USB-C and USB-A both connected without any software setup. Music lacks deep bass, but calls sound very good. For calls, it does the important things well. Tested on device 4 in our office.

Remote support shifts can run long. So far overall call quality is noticeably better than the built-in mic—The cushions are comfortable, just not especially breathable

I needed these headphones asap since I work from home and consistently on the phone. They were delivered within 3 days and they are comfortable and the sound is clear. These were a lifesaver.

This was about the 3rd wired headset that I bought to replace my last one that lasted 3 years. I found a similar one to that one (exact replacement not avail) but problems hearing my own voice when I spoke in Teams/Slack. So that went back. This one I didn't have high confidence in when unpacking. However it sounds great! My only reason for deducting 1 star is the mute button doesn't work 100% of the time on first push. Not ideal but not a deal breaker. I usually just mute in the app I'm using. If they improve that one item this is a 5 star purchase.

This headset works great, love the feel of the ear cushion.

I like the design and it is comfortable to wear. I will use it for ZOOM meetings.

This headset works well with my landline phone and laptop. Very easy to change from one to the other. Have had no issues with static or difficulty hearing anyone.

You can’t beat these headphones! Great price! Fits great on ears, and adjustable grip for head. I went back to review a call that I knew had noise in the background and heard nothing! Great quality!

Work well. I have a small head and they could be more secure. Looking at the product literature I would have preferred the ones with only one earpiece and a supporting bar on the other side of the head band as i think this would have fitted better

I'm using it almost all day at work. It's very lightweight and definitely cancels out the background noise.. people hear me very clearly and i can hear them as well. Also not uncomfortable although I'm wearing glasses. Highly recommended

I am working remotely from home at the moment and was looking for a set of headphones that would work with my Samsung A21s mobile phone. They are very nice and comfortable to wear , look really good as well.Only problem I would say I have is sometimes they do not connect to my mobile when plugging them in. once the connection has been made sufficiently the sound is excellent , very clear and precise, they seem to cut out all background noises.
Would definitely recommend these even though it was just for playing music through.

This headset is so comfortable I can wear it throughout my shift without it irritating me at all. The sound quality is exceptional. I could hear everything clearly without outside noise bothering me. I would definitely recommend this headset it's perfect!

As a Ham radio operator, I use it to communicate long distances. Comfortable and sound is excellent!

Very lightweight and comfortable to wear, good quality materials. I bought this for work use especially when on my mobile. Makes typing easy while on the phone keeping calls confidential.

Sound is a bit muffled but OK for the money.

This travels in my laptop bag three days a week. The basic idea is useful and the connectors cover several devices, but the connection cut out when the adapter was bumped. I ended up moving it to backup duty.

For a spare headset, it is okay. The headset is usable for shorter meetings; the mic volume runs low on my older laptop.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. Between Zoom, softphone calls, and music, it gets plenty of use; switching from USB-C to USB-A was painless and the connection stayed solid. So far, so good—and then some.

There is a lot to like, especially the easy setup. Unfortunately, the headband becomes noticeable after about an hour. Some people may be fine with that tradeoff.

Not bad, not amazing. Call clarity is decent once the input level is adjusted, although the cord transfers some rubbing noise.

On a Chromebook and a Windows desktop, setup was straightforward; for work calls, clarity is easily the strongest point. That small issue has not affected normal use.
