I liked the packing (simple and organized). The product is as described on the amazon page. I bought these as a sample replacement for an employee headset (public library). Personally, my favorite part is the ear cushions... leathery and cleanable yet pillowy soft. The build of the headset seems sturdier than others that I've tried, but only time will tell of the longevity.

I use this headset for work, and it works great. I love having a product that I can rely on for taking calls all day. I'm actually on my second unit of this headset, since I broke the last one, and that was my fault. The sound is crystal clear, the mic transmits great sound, and it's comfortable. There's nothing bad to say about this product.

What I enjoy best is that these superb headphones are designed to offer the best in personal comfort. The sound quality is excellent because I can distinctly hear the rich lower bass tones as well as the brightness of the upper frequencies: all with excellent clarity, quality, and separation. I often spend hours at a time, compiling and arranging my music playlists while using these high-quality USB noise-cancelling headsets. The result is a very rewarding experience.

I needed for iPhone, had to buy an adapter (iPhones no longer have headset jack) and I tested it this morning. Good quality audio, mic works nice, great for phone calls to businesses where they're using VOIP so it is hard to hear (underwater poor quality) but this headset is crisp, clear and not overly expensive at all. I recommend it but if you're using on iPhone I'd get the adapter

I was kind of skeptical about the headset because they were so cheap. This headset is amazing. I work from home and these are perfect. They are great at noise canceling and extremely comfortable. They are also great for entertainment, whether you want to use them for watching videos or gaming. 10/10

If you wear this item for many hours with glasses, you may want bigger muffs so your ears don't feel squashed

This so so much nicer than the ones by employer has provided in the past. It is mor comfortable for sure! My only complaint is the location of the volume control. I have the usb plugged into my desktop and the volume control is really low down on the cord, almost to the floor. I have to work with a bunch of cord in my lap in case I need to change the volume fast.

Great noise cancelation. I can hear perfectly but often my client cannot hear me very well.

Great set of headphones at a modest price. I use them simply as headphones for work on my PC. I can work and play without disturbing anyone in the room. Good volume and tonal quality.

I purchased these the other week for work-related calls, and they do the job. The headset jacks right into my phone, people on the other end can hear me clearly, and I can hear them clearly. The headphones do a good job of limiting outside noise, and though I'm not using them for much of my day, they fit well and feel comfortable on my ears. If ever needed, I can imagine these would be acceptable to wear for a whole shift.

This is the 3rd set I have purchased for my fellow coworkers, and it has been the best purchase. Our company does a lot of business over the phone and computer, with these headsets, my coworkers can chat comfortably. All the meetings they conduct, they can hear with clarity and with the noise cancelling setting, the meetings are not interrupted with chatter going on around. The price was a plus too!

Overall I’d say these are not bad….I’ve had worse for sure. Noise cancelling? No…no these are not. They just sit on the ear so there’s no cancel of noise around yiu. And after about 30 min they start hurting my ear, but that could very well just be me & not something you’d experience. Sound quality is very good and I do like the mute function. These shipped quickly which was a huge bonus as well. Manage your expectations, this is a $30ish pair of headphones. That’s why I’m not mad at these. They’re working for now 💕

When I hooked it up to my Android phone, it worked great, when I hooked it up to my computer, it worked great... but I couldn't hook it into my friends Apple I phone... oh well, The product works great on my computer and my Android phone...Its a great headset... There may be a converter cord out there. I will have to see, since its such a great headset, I may just want both of us to have one.

I have a work from home job and researched headsets and returned a set I had purchased prior to this one . All I can say is get these take the chance! I ware these up to 9 hours a day 6 days a week . They are very comfortable and the sound is great . I don’t have any issues with customers hearing me or me hearing them. The price was right too. They came pretty quick. Totally in love with these.

I like the quality of the item but I think it's a bit tight fitting at this time. Hopefully as I ware the headset it will loosen up.

these headphones are not noise canceling at all. anyone who keeps saying that is lying. they work to hear and talk, the basic. the microphone part is very flimsy i’ve purchased 3 of these headphones in total and 1 came with the microphone part broken.

I bought these for a call center job and they are perfect! It cancels out my husbands warzone game noise and my daughters chatter lol everything about them is great at first your ears will feel weird for about three days but you get use to the feeling they are very comfortable to wear for 8 hours !

I really liked these headphones. The headset itself if pretty sturdy. The ear piece is solid and very comfy. BUT the microphone is a little flimsy and easy to break. I’ve had my headphones a few months and use them daily so I’m a little bummed that the mic piece is not holding up. Otherwise, o really liked these. Way better quality than I was expecting.

My phone speaker was acting up and now i can hear and chat with no problems. Feel like a telephone operator lol

I needed a wired headset and happened to get a good price on this one. I would like to say this headset is excellent. No one can hear background noise and the volume is on point. Good product

The best heads up if you are working from home or need any headphones for noise cancellation! The noise cancellation on these things is unreal! I work for a big company that is very strict on any slight background noise... I have dogs that bark at literally anything... go get these headphones!

This is a great headset. I got this for a new job that I was starting. I have not been able to hear any other noise coming thru on my calls and the calls are very clear.

I played music with these and the sound is clear and good. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. I've used the galaxy earbuds which are noise cancelling and i can't hear any sound. This headset does have an alright noise cancelling but you can still hear loud sounds. Overall the quality is good and the adaptor is very useful if you're using a computer.

This Wantek USB Headset with Microphone Noise Cancelling & in-line Call Controls works great. They fit comfortably on your head and ears. They cancel outside noises well and the sound quality is good. The volume control works good. Overall, this is a very goog USB Headset.

I like: lightweight, flexible headband and mic yet sturdy, good quality sound in speaker and what's transmitted thru the mic.
I don't totally like: ear pieces: they are soft, but due to shape (I believe) they don't sit flush against ears...but doesn't affect what I can hear.

I use them for my work from home. The headset is comfortable and easy to use. I have issues with clients or other providers reporting they can't hear me or I sound far away. I am exploring if it is a network connectivity issue. Will do an update later.

The headset is fairly beefy for this type. I use it for working from home and people say that my microphone is loud and clear. Too many headsets put the microphone very close to the ears instead of in front of the mouth. That is what makes this low cost set all the better.
