I purchased this headset for use on Discord and voice chat and have been very pleased with it. It worked immediately upon plugging it into my USB port and the audio and microphone quality are very clear. Great product!

Can hear OK with videos etc. but only the computer speakers work with responses over Zoom.

I got this headset specifically for the double ears and the USB to hook into my work computer. It works great and I am satisfied!

range is acceptable. Doesn't pick up too much background noise although there is some.

takes up a lot of desktop real estate but looks neat and organised on the desk.
Sound is excellent, so is comfort and battery life.
the design is a bit too flashy. feels like Asian Baroque combined with modern day Chinese Kitsch... if you like that kind of stuff... I prefer stuff from the German company BRAUN although they have stopped making Home audio equipment long ago or Swedish design

Looks great on my desk, fits great on my head, and the sound quality is totally decent too both the outgoing and incoming sound mic/speakers. The headset fits a bit weird on the stand by design imo but that’s small stuff. Overall it’s a great headset I’m pretty impressed I expected a lot less

I have purchased a few of these head set for my staff.
There are not bad for the price. Sound quality is fine and easily to adjust the volume when needed. I really like the mute for both the mic and the ear piece as that comes in handy from time to time.
We did have one issue with a head set where the head band piece broke. As it was within warranty, they sent a new headset over right away. I really appreciate the great service!

Sound quality in calls with this headset has been clear and solid, and everyone says that they hear me just as clearly. Battery life has been great - haven't had to do anything but leave it in the charging base overnight. Bonus points for that, too - the base is a great and thoughtful addition. Easy to use, relatively comfortable (I prefer total coverage over the ears, but these are fine) and just a decent headset overall. I wouldn't call these great for other audio uses, like gaming, as they're not great for music, but that's not really what they seem to be designed for anyways. Recommended.

It stop working after a month. De usb dungle is not working, Bluetooth not connecting to PC, the Stand charger stop charging so I had to connect the cable directly to the headset to charge it. Very dissatisfied

This headset has a lot going the it; higher quality sound, noise canceling enough to remove my fan noise, and connecting through Bluetooth or dongle. The battery lasts long enough for two days of use before charging. It reconnects easy. It's a bit expensive but it seems worth it.

This was definitely not what I was hoping for, but then I should've known not to get a bluetooth headset. My use case requires a specific headset connection for something like a Plantronics jack and bluetooth won't cut it here.

The headset itself is alright. It's audio quality is mostly average, nothing special. Connecting it to a device is a bit awkward, especially a computer, which seems to be bluetooth's biggest drawback. Its included adapter is only really needed if you don't already have bluetooth and was confusing at first as I thought it was required.

At the asking price, it's not something I would go for again. There are other solutions in this price range that are a better buy.
