Great for work

I got this headset for my elderly friend who's hearing is fading fast. First I got her a phone (land line hand held) for people who have a hard time hearing but that even wasn't enough. I got this item for her and it worked really well. She was soooo happy but shortly after the audio was fading in and out. She was too embarrassed to tell me! She struggled with it and ended up waiting to tell me until after the time Amazon gave to return the item ...( I think it was one month or six weeks). I wrote the company and they sent one out right away! They didn't wait for me to ship the other one back! And guess what? THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE STORY ABOUT MY FRIEND! They didn't know my friend was completely isolated without this headset! I guess they treat everyone like a disabled person in need! The care and attention was truly impressive and I wanted to take my time with this review to make sure you got all the facts. The headset works great but if you have trouble they stand behind it! I hope this helps you when you need to decide on who to buy from. I'm very very happy with this company.

I like that you just plug the Jack into the spot in the phone and it works immediately

Just dumped a $20.00 Target headset after 5 years for this set. Better quality not only in construction but also in sound quality in sound. The instructions are not clear. What does the on off switch do? Love them just the same.

I still have VOIP at my house and use cordless phones bases throughout. In my office it is convenient to use a headset while on the computer. I have been using the Headset for over 6 months and it has worked flawlessly. Usually, the material over the ear pad disintegrates before the wiring frays. For the low cost I don’t mind If they last a couple of years and then just buy a new unit. Works well and no one complains about the call quality, and I can hear everyone clearly.

I work at an answering service & have been remote for a good long time now. I used to look for the cheapest headsets as I always had to replace them every 6 months. A colleague told me about this headset, so I gave it a try. Man I was surprised that I could hear callers so much better. This headset lasted a good long time & then I couldn't hear anyone. Contacted the company & without any problem the headset was replaced. Great customer service is a key when you are purchasing a product. I recommend this headset hands up. Do not buy the Panasonic KX-TCA30, NOT WORTH IT...

I work from home and have to dial in to meetings/calls. A headset for me is important so that I can type on my computer as I listen or talk. I like that the elbow on the plug on this one as I think the others that I've had the wire tends to bend, which eventually causes it to break.

I can hear calls fine, but callers consistently tell me they can't hear me. Volume turned up, mouth piece less than one inch from my mouth. But, it's good for when I'm waiting on hold or dealing with robocalls.

UPDATE: I received a replacement headset and just tried it and everyone can hear me perfectly. Great customer service. It's hard to find cordless phones with headset adapters, but once I did, WFH got much easier. Great value. Works just as well as Plantronics one at the office for a fraction of the price.

These headphones assist me in making phone calls and completing my work. Highly Recommend.

My 101 year old father wore out a cheaper AGPtEK headset's ear pad within a year. This Wantek Telephone Headset is better because of its single wire from one ear, unlike the other's awkward Y arrangement cord to both ears. He said the Wantek has a short cord, would prefer it a bit longer, but he is very pleased with this unit. I cannot rate the Noise cancellation quality from his report, but he said the volume control is easy to access, he can hold the volume button in hand. This set gives him the power to make his own phone calls since he can hear well even the soft spoken people on the other end. Oddly, he hears better in the headset without his hearing aids. He uses it on a Clarity phone.

I was looking for an inexpensive headset that would work with my computer and cordless phone systems and this headset turned out to be exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with it to date.

I don't use it for long periods but it has remained comfortable for over an hour. The ear pieces swivel side to side to accommodate ear angles and the sound was good. People I called have had no trouble hearing me on their end and did not even seem to realize I was using a headset and microphone. I owned a previous headset where that was not the case. It seems well made and should last a long time if not handled roughly.

This product has been a decent replacement for an older headset I had for years. I have one major complaint however.

The cord is far too short and I find myself constantly yanking on it accidentally to the point of severely stressing the plug or even disconnecting calls on my two line Panasonic office phone mounted on the wall right next to me if I make the slightest wrong move such as reaching for a file or swiveling my chair too far to my left.

The cord on my old Panasonic headset was much longer so I never experienced this problem before.

This product may be better for someone with a desk phone rather that a wall mounted phone.

I initially had some problems due to my handset dying on my actual phone. I got a new phone and customer service was nice enough to send me a replacement headset and it has been working great. Customer Service was willing to assist me in whatever way they could and has been very helpful. Thank you and my headset has been working great. In fact, I purchase another set for my office!

The headset provides a clear call. The ease of turning up the volume is wonderful. It stays in place for hours without causing a headache. Great price for a great headset.

Exactly as advertised. Solid headset a a good price. I bought two of them and use them for 3-4 hours a day.
