I got this headset to keep in my car as a back-up because I found myself driving without my bluetooth several times which I had left home on its charger. This headset is easy to put on and comfortable. I've asked my callers how the sound is on their end and they have all said it is crystal clear and they would never have known I was driving. I haven't figured out how to work the volume control yet but that is only because I haven't taken the time to do so. The microphone is so keen, callers can tell when I chewing a piece of gum! Price was very affordable.

I have an older Polycom IP phone (Soundpoint 430 SIP), which never worked with my old Plantronics headset. I've been suffering from neck and shoulder pain from cradling the handset so I decided I really really needed a headset. After reading a review from another Polycom user (different model) I decided to order. $21 is incredibly cheap for what this thing delivers. It came with an adaptor that plugs into the headset jack and has mute and volume and a switch to change something referred to as a circuit line (8 options - I just left it on the default). Plugged it in and made a couple test calls. Everyone so far reports no problems. Switched back and forth between handset and headset and my test calls sounded the same. So far very very pleased.

returned because it was too large and could not be adjusted for smaller head, only for larger head
