Does a good job. The microphone sometimes gets out of place, and you have to fiddle with how you adjust it to your head or the microphone will find it's way into your mouth. Aside from that, sound quality is fine and volume is adjustable. If I were to design this, I'd nix the button on the cord that answers/hangs up. I routinely bump it with my fat belly and accidentally hang up on conference calls.

Priced at a fraction of the better known brands, but works just as well. People have commented that I am coming through loud and clear on Zoom calls.

Finally, this mono headset can be worn on left or right ear because the mic boom pivots around. So after a few hours on one side of my head, I typically flip it around and have it on my other ear. Don't misunderstand, it is not uncomfortable, it's just nice to have a break after a while!

Works good. It's really light which is great when you are wearing it all day. I have a voip system and have not had any issues. I just plugged it in and it worked. I haven't used it often enough to give it a five. I am waiting to make sure I don't have anyone complain about sound quality and I don't know how durable it is because it's so light I hope it doesn't break.
