Wantek® h313 stereo RJ9【RJ2】 headset for office

This works great with our Packet8 6855i phones, but you will have to go into the phone’s settings menu and switch the speakerphone to headset mode. On our phone model, it seems you can’t have speakerphone functionality if you want to use a headset. The regular handset still works fine though, so you can switch between the handset and the headset whenever you like.

I actually had an issue with the size of the headset, I have a larger head and I wear glasses so after a week of wearing it, I was experiencing slight discomfort behind my ear. I reached out to the seller to ask about a solution and they went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced great customer service like this in years!
Turns out the dual sided headset is much more comfortable for me, and the quality is so great, we've purchased one for everyone that takes calls for our company. When I ask my callers about the voice quality, they all say it's great. I highly recommend this product and this seller!
